White Sage (Salvia Apiana) is a plant that has been celebrated for both its healing and medicinal properties for centuries.
When we “Sage”, also known as “smudging”, we are practicing one of the oldest forms of ceremonial cleansing known to mankind.
We are appealing to the spirits of sacred plants to drive out negative energy and restore balance. The actual process is to light the herb releasing its strong and pleasant aromas filling the space completely with smoke.
